An Electronics Engineer by qualification and a capability developer by choice, Haresh has over 16 years of work experience in Sales, Client Servicing and Training. He started his training career with Team Productivity Consultants Limited. Haresh uses his experience to help leaders make their employees successful.He has worked with organizations like America Online, AXA and Future Group in the area of training and assessment centres. Haresh has conducted workshops in the areas of Leadership, Sales, Service and Facilitation skills over many years. He has designed and conducted assessment and development centres. He is also a certified DISC facilitator and assessor. He has recently undergone his coaching certification with CLI, (Canada).Haresh is the founder of Simple Learning, a training organization that focuses on helping participants implement their learning post the workshop.
Sonali’s strength lies in communication and team work. Sonali has more than 8 years of experience in training. She commands good facilitation and interaction skills and seeks to meet the learner’s strategic objectives and goals, with focus on the application of the knowledge inputs and skills transfer. Sonali has also held leadership positions in the field of HR, Training & Development – 8 years, and Shared Services(operations floor) – 2 years. She has been employed with ICICI One Source, The Hinduja Group, and America Online. Sonali’s current role is as Operations Head at Simple Learning and she handles Training, and overall operations.
Chitra is a training consultant with over 10 years of experience. English Language, Communication, Behaviour & Leadership Training – is her passion and life’s work. She helps hone participants’ latent talents and bring about positive changes in communication, attitude and behaviour. A natural trainer, experienced in a diversity of disciplines, she brings experience and expertise, humour and patience, and the ability to motivate, train, instil self-esteem & confidence, and transfer skills.
Jacob is a vibrant trainer with 12 years of experience & 8.5 years of dedicated experience as a training professional. His Expertise lie in identifying training needs; and designing & executing training modules for organizations. Jacob possesses a proactive attitude; and is capable of thinking in and out of the box and generating new ideas. He is a talented leader with proficiency in training highly skilled teams to support the achievement of overall corporate goals and objectives.
Sathyanand comes with vast experience of over 40 years in various capacities, with national and multi-national companies. During his sales career, he has been associated with reputed corporate houses like Indian Schering Limited, Avery India Limited, HCL Limited and Ayesha Hosiery Factory Pvt. Ltd. as Sales Manager for Domestic and the UAE Market. He has ample exposure into a variety of industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Engineering Equipment, Office Automation, Mobile Phones and Textiles. In all the earlier companies he has worked with, apart from his exposure into operations, he had also taken up the additional responsibility of training his team members as well as other employees of the organization. This helped him gain tremendous experience in the area of training, that later became a passion. Some of the companies he has trained are GE (All businesses), Hewlett Packard, Accenture, TTSL, APCC, Millipore, UL, Ness Technologies, LG CNS Global, Lincoln, SAP LABS, UKN, WIPRO, SigmaAlrich, Madura Garments, Shell Technologies, Vodafone, Nokia, Classic Flooring, JPMorgan, ABB and Interwoven.
Has a total experience of 7 years in the areas of Training & Development, Module Creation and Training Coordination. She is a good communicator with effective team management skills. Manasa has a Certificate in Organizational behaviour and she graduated at the top of the course and was recognized for outstanding cognitive ability and research orientation.
